Photos are processed on your phone; we do not run a photo-upload server. Google ML Kit may send diagnostics. Sharing and backup services you choose have their own practices.
1. Who we are and what this covers
Fidei Trading Limited ("we", "us") provides the Android app 证件照工坊, package com.codex.idphoto (the "App"). This policy explains information handling in the current on-device photo-processing version and on this legal website. Contact: addaeisidore@gmail.com.
This policy does not govern the independent practices of apps you choose to share with, your gallery’s cloud backup, or other websites.
2. On-device photos and face information
Photos you select or take are processed on your phone for person segmentation, face positioning, cropping, background replacement, and image adjustment. Face detection and selfie segmentation models are included in this build, so core processing works offline. We do not operate a photo-upload or photo-processing server for this App.
Face detection provides positioning information for composition. We do not offer facial identity recognition, create face templates to identify individuals, or send your photos or results to us or Google for model training. Photos may still contain personal information that identifies you.
3. Camera, selected photos, and sharing
- Camera: requested when you choose to take a photo. The App calls a camera app after authorization; it does not take background photos.
- Selected images: the Android system picker grants access to images you select. The App may retain a selected image’s read permission to restore editing. It does not request broad access to your entire photo library.
- Other permissions: the App does not request contacts, precise location, or microphone access. External camera and sharing apps may have their own permissions.
- Sharing: only when you initiate sharing and choose a receiving app is read access to the specified image provided to it. That recipient’s subsequent handling is subject to its own policy and your settings.
4. Local storage, retention, and deletion
The App keeps files on your device to support editing, history, and export:

We cannot remotely access or delete these device files. Back up exports you need. Gallery backup, device migration, and sharing recipients may hold separate copies under their own settings. The App disables Android automatic backup in its configuration; this cannot guarantee that all manufacturer migration tools or gallery services avoid making copies.
5. Google ML Kit diagnostics
ML Kit processes photos and image results on-device and does not send those photos or results to Google servers. Google describes diagnostic collection including device/app information, per-installation identifiers, API configuration, latency, and error events. SDK metrics may be sent over HTTPS; offline photo processing does not mean the SDK never connects to a network. Google’s handling and retention are described in Google ML Kit Terms & Privacy and Google ML Kit data disclosure.
6. No accounts, ads, or purchase tracking
The current version has no account registration, cloud photo sync, advertising, or active paid subscriptions. We do not sell photos for advertising or build advertising profiles from them. Local history record IDs are not accounts or cross-app tracking IDs.
7. Information you choose to email
If you contact addaeisidore@gmail.com, we receive your email address, message, and attachments you choose to include. We use them to respond, address issues, and meet necessary security or legal obligations, and retain them only as needed for those purposes or by law. Please do not send unnecessary identity documents, sensitive photos, or passwords. Email providers also process messages under their own rules.
8. This website and Cloudflare
Cloudflare hosts this website and may process IP addresses, request paths, browser/device connection information, and access times for delivery, security, and operation. We have not embedded ads, marketing trackers, external fonts, or our own visitor-analytics tools. There is no photo-upload form. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
9. Security and international processing
Device files primarily rely on Android app isolation, file permissions, and your device security. Keep your device updated and use care when sharing sensitive photos. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Google, Cloudflare, and email providers may process the diagnostics, connection information, or support communications described above outside your country, subject to their terms and applicable safeguards. This does not mean the App uploads photos for processing.
10. Your choices and rights
You can decline camera permission, stop selecting or sharing photos, delete history, clear App cache/storage, or uninstall the App. Revoking camera permission does not undo processing already performed.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a supervisory authority. Contact addaeisidore@gmail.com about information you sent us; reasonable identity verification may be needed. For photos held only on your device, use the local deletion controls above. We have no remote photo database to search on your behalf.
11. Minors
The App is a general-purpose photo tool, not designed specifically for children. Minors should use it with a parent or guardian’s assistance. Obtain appropriate permission when processing another person’s photos. Contact us if you believe a minor sent inappropriate personal information through support email.
12. Policy updates
We will update this page and effective date if functionality or information practices change, and give appropriate notice of material changes.
